Welcome Parents!

Thanks for reading more! I believe in the value of mental skills training for athletes so much and am excited that you’re interested in adding that value to your athlete’s growth. Here are a few of the primary benefits that can come with mental skills training:

  • Earning scholarships and opportunities in college
    • College coaches are becoming increasingly attentive to recruiting all-around athletes. Coaches will often look at how a potential recruit handles making mistakes, how they interact with teammates and coaches, and how they present themselves on and off the court. Being a well rounded athlete will be far more attractive to a coach than just having talent and will increase the probability of being recruited.
  • Developing skills that transfer to other areas of life
    • Sports offer a unique opportunity to develop mental skills that carry over to and benefit plenty of other areas of life as well. Many of these skills that will help someone perform better as an athlete will also help them live life better too. I’m so passionate about investing in mental skills because they transfer outside of sports and will do so long after playing sports as well.
  • Increased consistency and level of performance
    • Most athletes start playing sports because it’s fun, but as they progress in their career, performance becomes an important factor in the satisfaction received from playing sports. Being able to perform at higher levels often increases the desire to continue on in sports as well as opens up more playing opportunities.

Parent & Coach Discussion

$75

A one hour discussion about your athlete!

We can:

  • Chat about the progress and experience your athlete is having in their sessions to keep you on the same page and be able to further invest in their growth.
  • Have a general discussion about your athlete and talk about how to best help them grow and thrive.
  • Go over any of the topics listed to help you better understand it and how to invest in your athlete in that area.

There is great value in this opportunity especially as a supplement to the learning and growth your athlete can do in their sessions!
